The Iraqi Human Rights Society in the United States, expressed its concern over the deteriorating situation of displaced persons living in the villages of the provinces of Sulaimaniyah, Erbil, and Dohuk by the Iranian and Turkish  arbitrary shelling on Iraqi .The first assault was the result of artillery bombardment of Iran and the second was the daily violations of the Turkish Air Force, which bombed constantly the border areas, especially villages Sidakan, Juman, Rawanduz, Qalat Dizah, Bashdr, Couchar, Jabal Qandil, Akre and Zakho. These actions caused fomenting fear and terror among the people of these villages.The bombing came on the pretext of the presence of the PKK guerrillas of Turkey and PJAK militias of Iran

The bombing has taken place since July 17, 2011 and has lasted through the date of the preparation of this report.The Society has visited the displaced families in the Sidakan area, the most affected because of continuous assaults, and met many of them. In addition, the Migration and Displacement

office visited Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. The statistics of displaced families in three provinces indicate that. The province of : Erbil counted

Villages Sidakan: 1006 families

Villages Chuman: 326 families

Villages Rawanduz: 136 families

:The province of Sulaymaniyah counted : Couchar: 178   families

Bridge Hissou: 215 families

Valley of the Martyrs: 440 families

The province of : Dohuk counted: 12  families

: The bombing killed seven civilians and wounded three in the villages of the province of Sulaymaniyah.The victims were :

Hussein Mustafa Hassan

Mir Haji Mam CAC

Zana Hussein Mustafa

Risan Hussein Mustafa

Sonia Shimal Hassan

Solin Shimal Hassan

Oscar Aziz Hassan.

.In the villages of the province of Erbil, five civilians died and six were wounded : The victims were –

Furman Hussein Birdaod -16 years old –

Mohammed Antar Zarar – age unknown –

Hmin – Nasil Khan Sadieq – 32 years old

– Hirsch Kareem Ibrahim – 22 years old

– Shekhu Hassan Mustafa – 41 years old

:The injured were

Aziz Fakher Mahmoud – Dusko Ahmed Darman – Zaher Qader Michael – Farhang Majid Michael

The Iraqi Human Rights Society in the United States calls upon the Government of Iraq, the Kurdistan Regional Government, and international non-governmental organizations to provide immediate assistance for displaced people who are in direct need of humanitarian aid because of the proximity of winter. They should receive the protection from cold, rain, snow which are coming in different and remote areas

: – After a field survey of their situation, it has been shown to the Assembly that they badly need the followingHousehold items – blankets – fixed cabins caravans – the provision of medical supplies, especially medicines – tanks of drinking water – barrels of oil. In addition it is urgent to find the transportation for the students to get to and from school . We demand the end of the bombing, the protection of civilians, the pursuit of the diplomatic solutions, and the compensation for the displaced, including their loss, and the end of their suffering in helping them to return to their normal lives
