Iraqi human right society in United States covers Alhuaja event
Iraqi human right society in USA covers the Iraqi troops attack the protesting area in Alhuaja district / Kirkuk, using weapon and violence against the unarmed protesters, so they can find the ones who attack a military point close to the protest area last Friday which lead to kill one solider and two wounded officers.
Iraqi troops had prevented five delegates in a parliamentary delegation to enter the protested area last Monday so they provide the surrounded protesters with human and food supplies.
In this day Iraqi troops attack the protested area and shot randomly which lead to (58 dead), (132 wounded), and arrest (75 protester). Beside the (7 dead) and (18 wounded) from the Iraqi troops, they even prevent the media to enter.
We the Iraqi human right in the USA put the responsibility of what happened in Alhuaja on the General Command of the armed forces and the Defense Ministry, demand the Government to stop the military work in Kirkuk, and open an immediate investigations to punish the accused and to compensate the innocents, and to release all the protesters in Alhuaja event, and we ask to give the protesters their demands, to protect their rights, and to end the intense inside the country.
