Declaration – Iraqi Human Rights Society – USA highly condemns the assassination of journalists in Iraq.
Human Rights Society – USA condemns the assassination of journalists and human activists during the rebellions in Iraq. Alongside their long-term criminal record, some outlawed armed groups assassinated Ahmed Abdulsamad, reported of Dijla satellite channel and his camera man, Safaa Ghali, during demonstration in Basra city.
These criminal acts conducted by armed militias supported by the government are meant to intimidate the activists in the civil rebellions who are seeking their legitimate rights.
Human Rights Society – USA is calling for protecting civilians and journalists who are contributing in the rebellions, and for penalizing individual who are conducting assassination and kidnapping practices in accordance with the constitutional legislations.
